RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at Support@ouranest.com with the following:

- Your order number.

- Photos and videos of the item and packaging showing the issue.

- A brief description of the issue.

Once we've verified the issue, we'll offer one of the following resolutions:

- A replacement item shipped at no additional cost.

- Store credit for a future purchase.

Resolutions are provided at our discretion based on the nature of the issue and product availability.

We want you to love your OuraNest experience. Due to the nature of our products and promotional pricing, we are unable to accept general returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, if something isn't right with your order, we're here to help, please see below for details.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Items that have been used, opened, or are no longer in their original packaging

- Items returned without prior authorization from our support team

- Items are not eligible for return or refund / store credit, more than 30 days after delivery date.  

- Custom or personalized orders

Please contact us at Support@ouranest.com before sending anything back — items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates are outlined in our Shipping Policy. If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at Support@ouranest.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier. Orders that are in transit within the estimated delivery window are not eligible for a refund.

HOW RESOLUTIONS ARE ISSUED

All approved resolutions are issued as store credit in the form of a gift card code or account balance, so you can choose something you'll love. Additional remedies may apply where required by your local consumer protection laws.

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase. Refunds for EU customers exercising this right will be processed as required by applicable law.
