I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP? 

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details to the email address or phone number provided at checkout. For full details, please review our Shipping Policy.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME? 

Estimated transit times by region:

North America (United States and Canada): 5–8 business days

Europe, United Kingdom, and Oceania: 7–12 business days

All other international destinations: 7–15 business days

These are estimated transit times from the date your order ships, not guaranteed delivery dates. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days before shipment. In rare cases, deliveries may take longer due to customs, carrier volume, or other factors beyond our control. For full details, please review our Shipping Policy.


WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER? 

Yes — tracking is included with every order. Your tracking number will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout once your order ships. Please allow 2-3 business days for initial tracking updates to appear, as this is standard for international shipments.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing Support@ouranest.com with the subject line "Cancel My Order" and your order number. Cancellations requested after 24 hours may not be possible if your order has already entered processing or been shipped.


I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS! 

If you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at Support@ouranest.com with your order number and the correct address. We can update your shipping address within 24 hours of your order being placed. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.

Please note that OuraNest is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


HOW MANY ATTEMPTS WILL THE CARRIER MAKE BEFORE MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED? 

Typically, a carrier will make two delivery attempts before the package is returned. If your package is returned to the carrier due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, please contact us at Support@ouranest.com and we will work with you on a resolution.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@ouranest.com with the following:

Your order number

Photos and videos of the item and packaging showing the issue

A brief description of the problem

Once we've verified the issue, we'll offer a resolution in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
